• Candidates should not hold Canadian Nationality.
• Students from all over the world can apply for Merit Scholarship for Foreign Students from MEES.
• Student not getting any Scholarship or Stipend from MEES, FRQNT or theFonds de recherche du Québec – Société et culture (FRQSC).

Doctoral research scholarships (V1, 1B, 1C, 1I, 1IS, 1M, 1W)	$25,000 a year for 3 Years ($1,000 Per Month for Next 12 Month if Research Period Extend)
