International Islamic University Islamabad Rank in Top 200 Best ‘Young’ Universities
International Islamic University Islamabad is Ranking in the top 200 best ‘young’ universities of the world.IIUI Islamabad Also Ranked at the 194th place in the recent Times Higher Education Young University Rankings list of the world’s best universities that are 50 years old or less.
Based on the 13 performance indicators as the flagship ‘The World University Rankings’, IIU Islamabad Stood 2nd in the Pakistani Best Universities.
Point On Which Universities are Judged
The Points on Which Universities are Judged and Ranked are the
- teaching,
- research,
- knowledge transfer,
- and international outlook.
According to the Times Higher Education, More than 539 Universities are Includes in the Ranking List. And 475 universities are Ranked in the Previous Years 2021.
The university’s Rector, Dr. Masoom Yasinzai, and President, Dr. Hathal Homoud Alotaibi, are Very Happy to See Their University in the World Top Universities 2022.They Said that It is Impossible For Us to Rank in the World Top University Without hardwork of our Professors, management Teams.We Also Thanked Our Students Who Also Play a Vital Role in University Ranking.
Dr Masoom Yasinzai has Said that preparation of the university’s new strategic plan by IIUI Management has Played a Vital Role in University Ranking 2022.
Preparation For Next Ranking 2023:-
International Islamic University Islamabad’ Management Team said that Nothing is Permanent. So They Will Try hard in Future and improve their Ranking in the Next Competition.
Various Steps that are Recently Taken by Management Team to Improve Ranking are the implementation of the university’s strategic plan and academic audits.
IIUI has Also Started Providing the Training to its Reseachers that Will Boost the University Ranking. The Vearious Facilities Provided by International Islamic University Islamabad to its Researcher includes:-

- acceptance of international-funded projects,
- collaborations in research, and
- global engagements.
