The Chinese Government Scholarship Program, commonly known as the Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC Scholarship), is an initiative offered by the Chinese government to support international students’ educational endeavors in China. Eligibility Criteria For CSC China Fully Funded Stipend Program

1. Nationality: Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health.

3. Language Proficiency: For programs taught in Chinese, applicants must provide a valid HSK (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi) certificate indicating their proficiency in the Chinese language. For programs taught in English, applicants may need to provide English proficiency test scores like TOEFL or IELTS.
4. Age Limit: Some programs have age restrictions. Generally, applicants for undergraduate programs should be under 25 years old, while for master’s programs, the age limit is around 35, and for doctoral programs, it’s typically 40 years old.

Types of Chinese Government Scholarships:

1. Select a Program and University: Research and select the desired program and university in China. Check their scholarship offerings and eligibility requirements.
2. Prepare Required Documents: Typically, these include:
   • Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship.
   • Highest degree certificates, transcripts.
   • A study or research plan.
   • Recommendation letters (for some programs).
   • Valid language proficiency test scores.
   • Physical examination form.
   • Passport copy, photo, etc.
3. Apply Online: Visit the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System (http://www.csc.edu.cn/studyinchina or http://www.campuschina.org/) to create an account and complete the application form.
4. Submit Application: Submit all required documents to both the Chinese scholarship application system and the chosen university.
5. Review and Notification: Applications are reviewed by the relevant authorities, and successful candidates will be notified.
